Can any one identify the sex between these black cheeks?
I can not figure out with the help of their beaks.

    AoA,

MashAllah , very nice improvement Usman bhai,

Fahad bhai, I'm not sure ...i think they are all males BUT the ones having a line might be females, (lets wait for Usman's answer) , looks like it, as zebras' sexes can be identified .Also male's beak is red and females have orange.

    NORMAL

    CFW DIFFERENCE

    regards

Just few minutes back, I separated some with my guess. I think that white line just beneath the black spot is a sign for identifying females. For the last 30 mins; they are sitting together. Don't know if they are friends only or something else is going on too :P

    BC/IsabelNearly same

    Javed usman Sb.

No question they are nearly same except that the euro has black tail markings. but tell me why is it called BC Isabel. The Isabels whic are called FF in US that I have seen on the net has orange cheek patches and flankings. Right?.

    Hello.
European isabell and florida fancy r same but a slight variation. Both has a dominant trait.
FF oe isabel causes diluation in black markings...this bird is a female so only chee patches r diluted...for diluted male BC FF check out the pic no 4 in following link how FF diluted black markings from this male.

    http://www.efinch.com/species/ffxisabelzeb.htm

Its a shame we dont have BB,BF and OB's to create pheos but hopefuly we ll get some.
U ll be amazed to know florida fancy mutation is the same as spangle mutation in budgies...DF FF is like DF spangle budgies with very neat body colour.

    Regards
