As someone with a plethora of parrots around, this place is my "go to" for all sorts of basics & sundries for them. Let's see - grooming products, toys & snacks for the birds even cats & dogs, bulk pellets, seeds, medicines, vitamins - the list is fairly endless. Re: customer service? TOP NOTCH. If there's a problem with an order the problem is cheerfully & immediately resolved in a more than satisfactory manner. Bottom line - I'd be spending at least twice to three times as much money if I tried to buy from other souces what I order from these folks. Liife Made Easy...This online store has for sure made my life easy... I no longer need to travel to any bird shop for a product... Jamil has ensured that people who are overly committed due to the nature of their job can login, order and get the products at their doorstep the next morning... My maximum courier so far has been around 10kg and I ordered around 4pm... I got it the very next morning at 9:30am. I never had any issue with birdsplanet.pk as of now and I have done a purchasing of 20,000 rupees in three different orders. Not a single time an order was messed up or misplaced. The only store have Hygienic ProductsThanks birdsplanet for all at same place in good and hygienic way. If we visit any bird market we need to change our cloths, car wash otherwise a bad smell always follow us. Just think for a second what will be condition of products and birds in that market. Every one knows products in the market have a 100 types of disease on it because all day and night rates crawls on them, once i purchase feed and packet was chewed by rates. I visited once or twice on birdsplanet and now i just order from birdsplanet and receive products at my home next day morning. Excellent serviceThere was a time when branded avian products and accessories were not available readily for bird keepers like me. It was difficult to purchase these products in personal capacity because of the overhead costs involved. Therefore many fanciers had to use either poultry products or human products for treatment of diseases, maintaining breeding condition/health of their birds etc..
